What is Fovero Racing?

Fovero Racing is a team from the Royal Greenwich UTC working on an electric car to enter in the Greenpower IET-24+ competition.
Our car has to last a 60+ minute endurance race. Since we're not allowed to change batteries during the race, efficiency is paramount - meaning we must conserve power wherever we can.
To accomplish this, we've split up into four teams - Design, Engineering, Tech/Electronics and Business - to focus on individual aspects of the car and resources.

We are also involved in the Formula E School Series - a series of worldwide races for students aged 11-16, aimed at promoting sustainability. Endurance isn't the aim of the Formula E race however - it's who can get to the finish line the fastest, using the least amount of power.
